Terms of Service

Effective 25 October 2026

Using Pearl

Pearl Testing provides hosted software for organizing software testing, evidence, Bugs, reports, and workspace administration. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law.

Workspace responsibility

The workspace Owner is responsible for its members, Product access, content, and subscription choices. You must have the rights needed to upload testing data and evidence. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or confidential material unless you are authorized to do so.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions, seats, Product packs, and storage packs are billed through Stripe. Capacity is enforced for active members, Products, and evidence storage. Changes, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation are managed through the Stripe customer portal. Existing data is not automatically deleted because a subscription changes or ends.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Pearl available and reliable, but the service may change, be maintained, or be unavailable from time to time. We may update these terms when necessary; continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pearl is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Pearl is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
